RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, ARRIVAL AND CHECK-OUT POLICIES

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS: A two night deposit is required to reserve cabins or camp sites.  All cancellations will be assessed a $15.00 per site or cabin cancellation fee.  A refund, less cancellation fee, can only be given when notice of cancellation is received in writing at least 15 days in advance of your first nights stay (60 days on multiple site or cabin cancellations).  No refund will be made if notice is not received within this time frame.  Reservation changes may require a fee.

RALLY RESERVATIONS:  A 5 night minimum stay is required for cabins and campground during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.  A two night deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance must be paid in full by July 1st.  Absolutely no refunds given for any reason if cancelled after March 1st.  A refund, less the $15.00 cancellation fee, will be given if cancelled before March 1st.

CHECK IN TIMES: NO earlier than 2:30 PM for cabins and 1:00 PM for camping.  If you will be checking in late please see our after hours check in board located to the right of the office for your site or cabin information.

CHECK OUT TIMES: 10:00 am in cabins, 11:00 am in the campground.
