POLICIES:

Housekeeping cabins require a minimum two (2) night stay expect for holiday weekends and from June 15 - Aug 15 then a three (3) night minimum stay is required unless we have an opening between two reservations for one or two days.  All cabins are non-smoking - a $250.00 fee will be charged for smoking in cabins.  A valid credit card number is required to be on file for cabin rentals.  Charges for property damage, missing items and/or excessive housekeeping expenses will be charged to the credit card on file.

Camping cabins, RV and tent sites do not require a minimum stay.

During the STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY a minimum five (5) night stay is required in cabins and campground.

A two (2) night deposit is required at the time the reservation is made with the balance due at check-in.  For the STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY the balance is due by July 1st. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard.

All cancellations are charged a $15.00 per site or cabin cancellation fee.  A refund, less cancellation fee, can only be given when notice of cancellation is given at least 15 days prior to your first nights stay (60 days on multiple site or cabin cancelllations).  Sturgis Motorcycle Rally reservations cancelled after March 1 will lose their full deposit. NO REFUNDS will be made if notice is not given within these time frames. Reservation changes may require a fee.

CHECK IN TIMES: No earlier than 2:30 PM for cabins and 1:00 PM for camping sites. Please contact our office if you will be arriving late.

Dogs are welcome, but we do charge extra for their stay - limit of 2 dogs.
