RESERVATION POLICY

2019 Rate Sheet

 

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, ARRIVAL AND CHECK-OUT POLICIES

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:  All reservations will require a deposit equal to 2 (two) nights stay at the time of booking. If only one night is booked, then the deposit will be one night. The remaining balance of the booked stay will be due at check-in.

CABIN RESERVATIONS:

Housekeeping & Comfort Cabins - Require a minimum two (2) night stay unless we have an opening between two reservations for one night.

Camping Cabins - No minimum stay required.

All cabins are non-smoking - a $250.00 fee will be charged for smoking in cabins.

A valid credit card number is required to be on file for cabin rentals. Charges for property damage, missing items and/or excessive housekeeping expenses will be charged to the credit card on file. 

PETS:  Pets are allowed in cabins with the following restrictions.  Limit 2 dogs under 40 lbs each and a pet fee of $25.00 per dog, per night plus tax.  Please review our pet policy and rules very carefully before bringing your dog(s) as these rules will be strictly enforced.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Tent & RV Sites:  All cancellations will be assessed a $15.00 per site cancellation fee.  A refund, less cancellation fee, will only be given when notice of cancellation is received at least 15 days in advance of your first night’s stay (30 days on multiple site cancellations).  Cancellations made 14 day or less from the reservation date will forfeit the deposit. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations 14 days or less from reservation date.  Payment for the remaining balance of the reserved dates will be due at check-in.  No refunds will be given for shortened stays or early departures.  

Cabins: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the reservation date will receive a refund of the deposit less at $25.00 cancellation fee per cabin.  Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit the deposit.  Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation date will be charged for the entire reservation.  Cancellations for multiple cabins must be made 60 days prior to the reservation date to be eligible for a refund less the $25.00 cancellation fee per cabin.

RALLY RESERVATIONS: A 5-night minimum stay is required for cabins and camp sites during the dates of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. A two-night deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance must be paid in full by July 1st. Absolutely no refunds given for any reason if cancelled after March 1st.  A refund, less the $15.00 cancellation fee for sites and $25.00 cancellation fee for cabins, will be given if cancelled before March 1st.  Reservations for anniversary years will require payment in full by March 1st.

If you will be arriving after our normal store hours please see our after-hours check-in board located to the right of the office for your site or cabin information.

CHECK OUT TIMES:

Cabins - 10:00 am                     Tent & RV sites - 11:00 am
